I had a really disappointing experience at the Gino Park Hotel, particularly on such a special occasion as my 50th birthday. The lobby and restaurant looked fantastic after renovations, but our room felt cheap and lacked basic privacy. The dining service was notably absent, and the front desk staff was downright rude when we expressed our dissatisfaction and checked out early. While I appreciated the charm of the historical building, my overall experience was not worth the long journey or the voucher we couldn't even use.
